By downloading, installing, or using PhoneCleanKit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PhoneCleanKit is an iOS application designed to help users manage and clean up storage on their iPhone and iPad devices. The App provides features including:

• Detection of similar and duplicate photos
• Identification of large files
• Screenshot management
• Live Photos conversion
• Blurry photo detection
• Video compression
• Duplicate contacts merging

3. User Responsibilities

When using PhoneCleanKit, you agree to:

• Review items before deletion to ensure you want to remove them
• Maintain backups of important photos and data
• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

4. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information. In summary:

• All processing happens on your device
• We do not collect any personal data
• Your photos never leave your device

5. Deleted Items

When you delete items using PhoneCleanKit:

• Photos and videos are moved to the Recently Deleted album
• Items remain in Recently Deleted for 30 days before permanent deletion
• You can recover items from Recently Deleted during this period
• After 30 days, items are permanently removed by iOS

We strongly recommend reviewing all items before deletion and maintaining backups of important data.

6. In-App Purchases

PhoneCleanKit offers optional in-app purchases to unlock premium features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

7. Subscription Terms

If you subscribe to PhoneCleanKit Premium:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in our detection algorithms, we cannot guarantee:

• 100% accuracy in identifying duplicates or similar photos
• Detection of all unwanted files
• Specific storage savings results

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhoneCleanKit and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
